The meeting has been organized at the instigation of H.E. Hon. Senator Joan Yuille-Williams, Minister of Community Development, Culture and Gender Affairs of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago and current President of the Pro Tempore Secretariat (permanent body) of the Forum of Ministers of Culture and Officials in Charge of Cultural Policies in Latin America and the Caribbean.
