She is a Doctor in sociology. Since 1992, she has been a lecturer at the IEE (European studies institute of the University of Paris8) on the following subjects : arts and cultural sociology, cultural practices and policies in Europe. In 1997, she became the publishing director of the journal Culture Europe, founded in 1994 by Jean-Michel Djian. This publication has specialised on the issues related to cultural pratices and policies in Europe, and is run by European specialists on the related matters.
She is also works as an expert for the European Commission, the European Foundation for Culture, the French Foreign office, and the AFAA (French Association for the artistic action). She is a literature translator of Albanian.
