De nacionalidad india, Sanjay CHATURVEDI, es titular de un Doctorado de la Universidad de Panjab (1989). Es especialista en Geografía Política, Teoría y practica de la geopolítica de las regiones polares, del Oceano Indico y la India del Sur.
